Actions After Win checklist

This is an answer to “ok, how do we start working together?”

It provides a clear path for clients to follow and makes sure you only focus on the essentials.

Before starting a project, you need a point of contact. Before billing, you need a billing contact.

◦ 01. Get the details: Send the client a link to, or doc version of, the Account Setup Form.

◦ 02. Create a project folder: Duplicate the Web folder on your machine. This lays out all the required folders and a place to add contracts, invoices, etc in the next step. 

◦ 03. Send the files: Once we have a completed copy of the Account Setup Form, we can now send invoices and contract.
