Reframe the problem
How you perceive and frame something can influence the outcome. Perception is how you interpret, imagine, believe, expect something. Perspective is your point of view.
Reframing the problem is about changing or creating, perspectives to help you view a problem from a new angle.
If you view something from a negative point of view, then everything related to it will be a struggle.
Is the issue internal or external?
- Internal issues can require self awareness and being honest with yourself. A lot of internal problems relate to how others perceive us. Remember, sharing is not a reflection of you.
- External issues may require you to empathise with others and understand how to help them reframe the problem.
